These Aluminum E30 Door Cards are designed for performance-minded drivers who are looking to clean up their interior and save weight. Built from .040″ 5052 aluminum and finished with a tough black powdercoat, they deliver a no-frills, race-inspired look that’s perfect for track cars, drift builds, or any lightweight street setup. If you have a stripped-out race car, these door cards will also prevent sand, dirt, and track debris from getting inside your doors.

Each set comes with pre-cut mounting holes in the front door cards, allowing you to use them as a template to drill the required holes into your factory doors. The result is a secure, professional installation that holds up to all the abuse of racing and spirited driving.

Best of all, these panels are legal for most racing sanctions, including NASA Spec E30, so you can install them with confidence knowing you meet the rulebook requirements.

Fitment

What BMWs will these E30 aluminum door cards fit on?

• Fits: Any E30 (1984-1992) Coupe 2-Door models, including E30 M3
• Does NOT fit: 4-door sedans, touring models, convertibles
• Does NOT come with hardware. Door cards can be installed using rivets, bolts with rivnuts, or self-tapping screws
• Front door cards have pre-cut holes that can be used as a template to drill into the factory doors

What are some features of the E30 aluminum door cards?

• Lightweight, 0.040″ thickness 5052 aluminum material is legal for most racing sanctions, including the NASA Spec E30 series
• Door cards are powdercoated black for a clean, finished look
• Door cards prevent debris from entering the inside of a stripped-out door
• Lighter than factory door cards

Installation

• Using the pre-cut holes on the front door cards as a template, drill into your factory doors with a 1/8″ drill bit. (You can open this hole up depending on what hardware you want to use to mount the door cards)
• Using 1/8″ rivets, or a different hardware of your choice, mount the front door cards.
• The rear door cards do not come with pre-cut holes, so the existing OEM holes can be used if you do not wish to drill additional holes into the chassis.
